  • Make necessary revisions to the performance learning plan

Performance management is a dynamic process. Monitoring progress on objectives should occur formally, at mid-point during the year, and informally, through continuous appropriate feedback and discussion, throughout the year.

The Ongoing Review and Feedback stage offers an opportunity to reinforce desirable behaviours, modify unwanted behaviours, and provide feedback and coaching on ways to enhance performance.
